Upgrading course to Bachelor Degree Level

Training of Trainers

In 2005 we embarked on an ambitious path where CSPO's most talented graduates entered a new training course run in conjunction with La Trobe University in Australia.

Successful graduates of this new Bachelor�fs degree programme will form the nucleus of the future lecturers and leaders of CSPO and Cambodia�fs rehabilitation services.

This training project is funded through the generous support of The Nippon Foundation and NZAID (the New Zealand Government).

Sustainability and Localisation

The training of local capacity reduces reliance on expatriate expertise and helps to ensure the sustainability of rehabilitation services for disabled people.

In 5 years, we aim for CSPO to be fully self-supporting through student fees, with all teaching and management posts filled by qualified Cambodians.
