ISO 9001:2000 is a set of universally understood and accepted quality practices; a comprehensive set of rules that, if followed, will improve the performance of an organisation. The main goals of the ISO 9001:2000 standard are customer satisfaction and continual improvement. This has helped us to strengthen our operations and build capacity amongst our staff, ensuring that our work is technically and managerially sustainable. ISO certification gives us a system we can use to continue to improve our work and demonstrates that we are a quality organization, recognized to an international standard. |
